Saul Karath was a high-ranking officer in the Republic Navy who ultimately defected to the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders during the Mandalorian Wars, a conflict that occurred approximately 4,000 years before the events of the original Star Wars trilogy.
As an admiral in the Republic Navy, Saul Karath was initially a staunch defender of the Galactic Republic. However, he grew disillusioned with the Republic's leadership and its handling of the Mandalorian threat. This disillusionment led him to betray the Republic and join forces with the Mandalorians.

Choose a 2x2 grid on the map. At least one of those spaces must be in position to be attacked by Saul. All characters within the grid receive 5 damage. Each effected player may discard cards to reduce the damage by 1 per card.
2x TURBO BLASTERS
A4. The defending character must choose and discard 1 card for any Assault Droid in position to attack. If both Droids have been destroyed, target has to discard a card at random.
2x TORTURE
Turn any character adjacent to Saul on it's side. This character cannot move and takes 1 damage at the beginning of his turn until the player controlling this character discards 2 cards at random to stand this character back up.
2x PRAGMATIC
Move Saul up to 4 spaces, then move each Droid up to 2 spaces. Draw 2 cards.
1x CRYO-BEAM
Choose a charachter any of your Droids could attack. The target receives 2 damage and cannot move or play special cards on their next turn.
1x REPAIR
Replace 1 destroyed Assault Droid back in play adjacent to Saul Karath and at full health.
