Qui-Gon Jinn is a Jedi Master. He is calm, serious, and highly respected, acting as the teacher of Obi-Wan Kenobi. While he serves the Jedi Order, he often follows his own judgment and is not afraid to go against the Council’s views when he feels the Force is guiding him differently.

Jar Jar Binks is a Gungan from the planet Naboo. He is clumsy and awkward, often getting himself into trouble, and has been banished from his people for his mistakes. Despite this, he is friendly and eager to help, and he knows the swamps and cities of Naboo well.

Their relationship begins when Qui-Gon saves Jar Jar’s life during the Trade Federation invasion. From then on, Jar Jar attaches himself to Qui-Gon, who in turn protects him and convinces the Gungan leaders to spare him. Qui-Gon treats him with patience and respect, even when Obi-Wan doubts his usefulness. Jar Jar sees Qui-Gon as a protector, while Qui-Gon sees him as someone worth giving a chance when others would not.

I always was a fan of Mike Maloney's Qui-Gon and Jar Jar deck but it somehow never really fit in to my collections too well with all it's wordiness. It really is something perfectly fitted for the Galactic Duels set. So I am glad geektopia came up with a "dumbed down" version of this deck for a different character. I choose to merge them together to my liking and voila we have the deck you see here. The amazing card back composition is again the result of isuttons work.

MY EPIC DUELS

Mace already was pretty good but I can be annoying to wait for him to assemble a big hand before doing much of the fighting. Makes him quite passive at the beginning of the game. Now with the two added A6's he has even more punch like he should and still can collect 4 card draws with MASTERFUL FIGHTING to further boost BATTLEMIND.
